- Wheat Flour Wheat Flour 250g 2 cups
- Granulated Sugar Granulated Sugar 180g 1 & 7/8 cups
- Oat Milk Oat Milk 150ml 3/5 cup
- Corn Oil Corn Oil 60ml 1/4 cup
- Dark Chocolate Flakes Dark Chocolate Flakes 100g 1/2 cup
- Baking Powder Baking Powder 1 tsp 1 tsp
- Vanilla Extract Vanilla Extract tsp tsp
- Orange Orange 1 1
Instructions
- 1.First, sieve all the dry ingredients and mix them together in a big bowl.
- 2.Slowly pour the wet ingredients together with freshly squeezed orange juice, orange zest and the chocolate flakes.
- 3.Continue to whip the batter then evenly distribute it among the muffin tin cups and placed in the oven.
- 4.Bake at 180° for about 20 minutes and good luck struggling to wait for them to cool down before enjoying.
