Combine caramelized apple with lemon, nutmeg and cinnamon for this delicious, dairy free spread!

- Apple Apple 4 4
- Lemon Lemon 1 1
- Clear Honey Clear Honey 6 tbsp 1/4 cup
- Water Water 500ml 2 cups
- Vanilla Extract Vanilla Extract 1 tsp 1 tsp
- Ground Cinnamon Ground Cinnamon 1 tsp 1 tsp
- Ground Nutmeg Ground Nutmeg 1/4 tsp 1/4 tsp
Instructions
- 1.Clean and rinse glass jar, place it in the microwave on high for 1min or until dry, set aside.
- 2.Place all ingredients in a saucepan over high heat.
- 3.Bring to boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 45min.
- 4.Remove pan from heat and let it cool down completely before transferring to a blender, blend until smooth.
- 5.Spoon into sterilised jars and refrigerate once cooled.
