- Rolled Oats Rolled Porridge Oats 45g 1/2 cup
- Ground Cinnamon Ground Cinnamon 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
- Almond Milk Almond Milk 250ml 1 cup
- Pumpkin Seeds Pumpkin Seeds 1 tsp 1 tsp
- Cacao Nibs Cacao Nibs 1 tsp 1 tsp
- Banana Banana 1 1
- Mango Mango 1 1
Instructions
- 1.Cook oats with almond milk, cinnamon with ground flaxseed for 2 minutes on medium heat.
- 2.Slice banana and chop mango into cubes.
- 3.Place oatmeal in half of the bowl. Add mango and banana over the oatmeal and garnish with pumpkin seeds and cocoa nibs.
