- Coconut Milk Light Coconut Milk Light 375ml 1 & 1/2 cups
- Chia Seeds Chia Seeds 40g 1/4 cup
- Maple Syrup Maple Syrup 1 tsp 1 tsp
- Vanilla Extract Vanilla Extract 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
- Granadilla Granadilla 1 1
- Pumpkin Seeds Pumpkin Seeds 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1.*For best results, prepare this recipe at least 4 hours before serving.*
- 2.Place all ingredients (apart from granadilla and pumpkin seeds) in a bowl and whisk to combine.
- 3.Refrigerate for 4 to 8 hours, preferably overnight.
- 4.Serve topped with granadilla pulp and garnished with seeds of choice (optional).
