- Ground Flaxseed Ground Flaxseed 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
- Almond Milk Almond Milk 250ml 1 cup
- Coconut Sugar Coconut Sugar 1 tsp 1 tsp
- Topping:
- Banana Banana 1 1
- Chia Seeds Chia Seeds 2 tsp 2 tsp
- Peanut Butter Peanut Butter 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
- Pecan Nuts Pecan Nuts 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1.Cook oats with almond milk, coconut sugar and ground flaxseed for 2 minutes on medium heat.
- 2.Place oatmeal in a bowl and top with sliced banana, chia seeds, peanut butter and pecan nuts.
