Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Soft Pitted Dates Soft Pitted Dates 400g 2 & 1/4 cups
  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 50g 3 tbsp
  • Cashew Butter Cashew Butter 2 tsp 2 tsp
  • Sea Salt Sea Salt pinch pinch

Instructions

  1. 1.Blend all ingredients in a food processor until a large ball forms.
  2. 2.Shape by hand into medium-big truffles and place the truffles in the fridge for at least 40 minutes.
  3. 3.Roll truffles in cocoa powder until fully covered.
