- Soft Pitted Dates Soft Pitted Dates 400g 2 & 1/4 cups
- Unsweetened Cocoa Powder Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 50g 3 tbsp
- Cashew Butter Cashew Butter 2 tsp 2 tsp
- Sea Salt Sea Salt pinch pinch
Instructions
- 1.Blend all ingredients in a food processor until a large ball forms.
- 2.Shape by hand into medium-big truffles and place the truffles in the fridge for at least 40 minutes.
- 3.Roll truffles in cocoa powder until fully covered.
