- Green Olives Green Olives 140g 1 cup
- Black Olives Black Olives 140g 1 cup
- Olive Oil Olive Oil 125ml 1/2 cup
- Sunflower Oil Sunflower Oil 125ml 1/2 cup
- Orange Orange 1 1
- Lemon Lemon 1 1
- Garlic Garlic 4 cloves 4 cloves
- Dried Oregano Dried Oregano 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
- Thyme Thyme 3 sprigs 3 sprigs
Instructions
- 1.Peel and crush the garlic.
- 2.Peel the skin of an orange and lemon.
- 3.Place the green and black olives into a bowl and mix with the orange and lemon zests, crushed garlic, oregano and chopped thyme.
- 4.Put this mix inside a sealable glass jar and fill half with olive oil and half with sunflower oil.
- 5.Seal the jar and let marinate in a dark place for at least 2 days.
