This overnight breakfast bowl is totally worth the wait! Sweetened with maple syrup and soaked in soy milk, the oats and goji berries are an irresistible combo!

- Rolled Oats Rolled Porridge Oats 135g 1 & 1/2 cups
- Goji Berries Goji Berries 2.5 tbsp 1/4 cup
- Soy Milk Soya Milk 375ml 1 & 1/2 cups
- Maple Syrup Maple Syrup 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
- Vanilla Extract Vanilla Extract 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
- Sea Salt Sea Salt pinch pinch
- Garnish:
- Goji Berries Goji Berries 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
- Pumpkin Seeds Pumpkin Seeds 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1.*For best results, prepare this recipe at least 4 hours before serving.*
- 2.Place all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and stir to combine.
- 3.Place oats mixture in a jar with a lid.
- 4.Refrigerate for 4 to 8 hours, preferably overnight.
- 5.In the morning, top with goji berries and pumpkin seeds.
- 6.Eat it cold, or warmed up.
