- Hazelnuts Hazelnuts 90g 2/3 cup
- Cane Sugar Cane Sugar 40g 1/4 cup
- Dark Chocolate Dark Chocolate 60g 1/3 cup
- Rice Milk Rice Milk 120ml 1/2 cup
- Ground Ginger Ground Ginger 1/4 tsp 1/4 tsp
Instructions
- 1.It all starts blending the roasted hazelnuts with the raw cane sugar, then add the melted dark chocolate to blend a little more.
- 2.Now that you have a creamy like consistency pour the mixture into a non-stick pan and keep stirring gently on a low heater while slowly adding the milk.
- 3.Continue until the cream has reached the right consistency.
- 4.For best results, choose dark chocolate from 70-85% cocoa, and the ginger is optional to taste.
