- Hummus Hummus 3 tbsp 3 tbsp
- Garlic Garlic 1 clove 1 clove
- Shallot Shallot 2 2
- Water Water 500ml 2 cups
- Vegetable Stock Vegetable Stock 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
- Ground Cumin Ground Cumin 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
- Paprika Paprika 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
- Tahini Tahini 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
- Table Salt Table Salt pinch pinch
- Olive Oil Olive Oil 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
- Fresh Parsley Fresh Parsley 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1.Heat up a pot with olive oil and fry shallots and garlic until translucent.
- 2.Add spices, stir through for a few seconds and pour in the veggie stock.
- 3.Now add hummus and tahini, stir well until smooth and cook for 25-30 min on medium high heat.
- 4.Season with salt if desired and garnish with parsley.
