Ingredients

  • Filtered Water Filtered Water 250ml 1 cup
  • Chia Seeds Chia Seeds 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla Extract Vanilla Extract 1 tsp 1 tsp
  • Coconut Milk Light Coconut Milk Light 250ml 1 cup
  • Kiwi Kiwi 2 2
  • Mint Mint 2 sprigs 2 sprigs

Instructions

  1. 1.Place 1/2 cup water and chia seeds in a blender and let it soak for 5min.
  2. 2.Place remaining ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
  3. 3.Serve garnished with mint leaves and chia seeds.
