A deconstructed salad with kiwi, romaine lettuce and a sweet honey and poppy seed dressing!

Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Kiwi Kiwi 2 2
  • Yellow Kiwi Yellow Kiwi 2 2
  • Romaine Lettuce Romaine Lettuce 4 leaves 4 leaves
  • Fresh Parsley Fresh Parsley 1 sprig 1 sprig
  • Spring Onion Spring Onion 1/2 1/2
  • Raw Honey Raw Honey 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice Lemon Juice 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
  • Poppy Seeds Poppy Seeds 1/8 tsp 1/8 tsp

Instructions

  1. 1.Place lettuce leaves on a plate.
  2. 2.Peel and slice kiwi fruit and place on top of lettuce leaves.
  3. 3.Chop parsley and spring onion and scatter over kiwi fruit.
  4. 4.Whisk together honey, lemon juice and poppy seeds and drizzle over salad.
  5. 5.*If you canĀ“t find yellow kiwi fruit in your local store - substitute for pear or apple.
