Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Greek Yoghurt Greek Yoghurt 250g 1 cup
  • Coconut Milk Drink Coconut Milk Drink 125ml 1/2 cup
  • Banana Banana 2 2
  • Lemon Lemon 1/2 1/2
  • Chia Seeds Chia Seeds 1 tbsp 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. 1.Chop the banana into pieces and add to the blender
  2. 2.Add some fresh squeezed lemon juice and peel two teaspoons of lemon zest.
  3. 3.Pour the remaining ingredients into the blender, blend until smooth.
  4. 4.Enjoy!
