  • Instant Oats Instant Oats 40g 1/2 cup
  • Soy Milk Soya Milk 125ml 1 cup
  • Ground Cinnamon Ground Cinnamon 1/4 tsp 1/4 tsp
  • Chia Seeds Chia Seeds 2 tsp 2 tsp
  • Shredded Coconut Desiccated Coconut 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
  • Mango Mango 1/2 1/2
  • Pumpkin Seeds Pumpkin Seeds 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
  • Pomengrate Seeds Pomengrate Seeds 3 tbsp 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. 1.Cook/ Microwave oats, soya milk & cinnamon for 2 minutes.
