- Maple Syrup Maple Syrup 100g 5 tbsp
- Wholegrain Mustard Wholegrain Mustard 1.5 tbsp 1.5 tbsp
- Olive Oil Olive Oil 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
- Table Salt Table Salt pinch pinch
Instructions
- 1.Preheat oven to 220c.
- 2.Peel and cut sweet potatoes into small cubes and place it in a big bowl.
- 3.Add remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix well until sweet potatoes are covered.
- 4.Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread sweet potatoes evenly inside tray (do not stack) allowing some space around each cube.
- 5.Bake for 35-40min or until crispy and golden brown.
