- Red Onion Red Onion 1 1
- Fresh Cilantro Fresh Coriander 10g handful
- Jalapeno Jalapeno 1 1
- Garlic Garlic 1 clove 1
- Lime Juice Lime Juice 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
- Table Salt Table Salt 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
- Ground Black Pepper Ground Black Pepper 1/4 tsp 1/4 tsp
- Ground Cumin Ground Cumin 1/4 tsp 1/4 tsp
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1.Remove seeds and roughly chop the tomatoes.
- 2.Roughly chop the onion and coriander (cilantro).
- 3.Place all the ingredients in a small food processor for 10-30 seconds until blended into fine pieces (don’t blend for too long, you still want small pieces, not a paste).
- 4.Refrigerate for 30 mins for the best flavour.
