Mini Savory Palmiers

These delicious mini palmiers are a great savory snack for your afternoon coffee or tea that will impress family and friends!

- Puff Pastry Puff Pastry 1/2 sheet 1/2 sheet
- Granulated Sugar Granulated Sugar 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1.Preheat an oven to 180°C.
- 2.Spread out your puff pastry sheet gently.
- 3.Sprinkle 1 tablespoons of sugar on each side of the pastry sheet and roll it into the dough
- 4.Fold one of the short edges to the centre, then equally fold the other side as well.
- 5.Cut the pastry roll into about a 1 cm slices.
- 6.Place the slices 5cm apart on a baking tray lined with parchment baking paper.
- 7.Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden on the bottom.
- 8.Turn-over and bake for another 5-7 minutes until other side is golden in colour as well.
- 9.Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
