Ingredients

  • Green Tea Green Tea 1 bag 1 bag
  • Baby Spinach Baby Spinach 75g 1 cup
  • Mint Mint 1 sprig 1 sprig
  • Ginger Root Ginger Root 2 coins 2 coins
  • Pineapple Chunks Pineapple Chunks 75g 1/2 cup
  • Pear Pear 1 1
  • Crushed Ice Crushed Ice 75g 1/2 cup
  • Set Honey Set Honey 1 tsp 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. 1.Place the green tea bag in a cup of boiling water and let it rest for 5min, remove the tea bag, and let the mixture cool.
  2. 2.Chop the pineapple and a ripe pear into small chunks. Peel the ginger.
  3. 3.Place all the ingredients, including the cooled green tea, in a blender, and blend until smooth.
  4. 4.Season to taste with honey – avoid adding more fruit for sweetness, as this will mask the ?avour of the green tea.
  5. 5.Enjoy!
