- Blueberries Blueberries 50g 1/3 cup
- Rolled Oats Rolled Porridge Oats 60g 2/3 cup
- Walnuts Walnuts 30g 1/4 cup
- Almonds Almonds 30g 1/5 cup
- Raisins Raisins 30g 1/5 cup
- Lemon Juice Lemon Juice 1 tsp 1 tsp
- Cashew Milk Cashew Milk 125ml 1/2 cup
- Soy Yoghurt Soya Yoghurt 3 tbsp 3 tbsp
- Maple Syrup Maple Syrup 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1.Add all nuts to a food processor and pulse a few times.
- 2.Mix all ingredients, including the nuts in a bowl together and let it sit for 15 -20 minutes.
- 3.Mash a few blueberries into the muesli and top off with more blueberries.
