Using five everyday ingredients only, this simple yet delicious toast is a quick and traditional snack straight from the streets of Spain.

- Extra Virgin Olive Oil Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
- Garlic Garlic 1 clove 1 clove
- Table Salt Table Salt pinch pinch
Instructions
- 1.Preheat oven to 180C.
- 2.Over a large bowl, use the largest holes on a grater to grate the tomatoes and discard the skin, season with salt and set aside.
- 3.Halve the ciabatta lengthways and then slice into 4cm pieces crossways.
- 4.Place bread on a baking tray, soft side up, drizzle with olive oil, toast lightly until golden brown.
- 5.Remove bread from oven and rub with the halved garlic clove.
- 6.Spread the grated tomato onto the toast, drizzle with more oil and sprinkle with salt. Serve immediately.
