Peanut Butter and Banana Oatmeal

Creamy oatmeal (porridge) with sliced banana, peanut butter and chia seeds.

Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Rolled Oats Rolled Porridge Oats 90g 1 cup
  • Banana Banana 1/2 1/2
  • Crunchy Peanut Butter Crunchy Peanut Butter 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
  • Chia Seeds Chia Seeds 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
  • Almond Milk Almond Milk 300ml 1 & 1/5 cups
  • Table Salt Table Salt 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. 1.Pour 250ml of milk into a saucepan, add salt and bring to a boil. Once bubbling gently, reduce the heat to low and add the porridge oats. Cook for 4mins.
  2. 2.Add the remaining milk to the oats and stir in the peanut butter and cook for a final minute
  3. 3.Serve with chopped banana and chia seeds.
