  • Crunchy Peanut Butter Crunchy Peanut Butter 3 tbsp 3 tbsp
  • Pumpkin Seeds Pumpkin Seeds small handful small handful
  • Multi Grain Bread Multi Grain Bread 2 slices 2 slices

Instructions

  1. 1.Pop your bread into a toaster, and toast until a golden brown. Slice your banana and put to one side.
  2. 2.Once toasted, apply peanut butter to the toast and top with the banana slices and pumpkin seeds.
