- Banana Banana 1/2 1/2
- Dried Apricots Dried Apricots 30g 1/8 cup
- Blueberries Blueberries 30g 1/5 cup
- Clear Honey Clear Honey 1 tsp 1 tsp
- Plain Yoghurt Plain Yoghurt 125g 1/2 cup
Instructions
- 1.Halve the Pomegranate and extract the seeds, place all ingredients into a blender.
- 2.Blend and enjoy!
