Raspberry and Walnut Oatmeal Bowl

Creamy oatmeal with walnuts and fresh raspberries. Filling, full of fiber and healthy nutrients.

Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Rolled Oats Rolled Porridge Oats 90g 1 cup
  • Raspberries Raspberries 20g 1/6 cup
  • Walnuts Walnuts 15g 1 tbsp
  • Granulated Sugar Granulated Sugar 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
  • Almond Milk Almond Milk 100ml 1/3 cup
  • Water Water 250ml 1 cup
  • Table Salt Table Salt 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. 1.For a single serving, add 250ml/1 cup of water to a saucepan, add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil.
  2. 2.Once boiled, pour in the porridge oats. Stir, reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 4-5 mins.
  3. 3.Once the water has dissolved, pour in some almond milk, quantity depending on how creamy you prefer the oatmeal, stir and cook for 2 mins until hot.
  4. 4.Serve with sliced raspberries, chopped walnuts and a dusting of sugar.
