- Rolled Oats Rolled Porridge Oats 90g 1 cup
- Raspberries Raspberries 20g 1/6 cup
- Walnuts Walnuts 15g 1 tbsp
- Granulated Sugar Granulated Sugar 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
- Almond Milk Almond Milk 100ml 1/3 cup
- Water Water 250ml 1 cup
- Table Salt Table Salt 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
Instructions
- 1.For a single serving, add 250ml/1 cup of water to a saucepan, add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil.
- 2.Once boiled, pour in the porridge oats. Stir, reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 4-5 mins.
- 3.Once the water has dissolved, pour in some almond milk, quantity depending on how creamy you prefer the oatmeal, stir and cook for 2 mins until hot.
- 4.Serve with sliced raspberries, chopped walnuts and a dusting of sugar.
