- Clementine Clementine 1 1
- Radish Radish 5 5
- Spring Onion Spring Onion 1 1
- Fresh Parsley Fresh Parsley a bunch a bunch
- Peanuts Peanuts 75g 1/2 cup
- Lime Lime 1 1
- Black Sesame Seeds Black Sesame Seeds 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
- Olive Oil Olive Oil 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1.Wash and cut the cabbage into thin strips.
- 2.Wash the radishes and cut them into thin slices.
- 3.Chop the spring onion and the parsley.
- 4.Peel the Clementine being careful to take all the white fibers out.
- 5.Mix everything together gently with your hands.
- 6.Add the lime juice and olive oil.
- 7.Add the peanuts and the sesame seed.
