Sauteed Mushrooms with Garlic and Parsley

Gorgeous marinated mushrooms sauteed with garlic, pepper and fresh parsley.

Ingredients

  • White Mushrooms White Mushrooms 250g 3 & 1/3 cups
  • Garlic Garlic 1 clove 1 clove
  • Olive Oil Olive Oil 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
  • Light Soy Sauce Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
  • Balsamic Vinegar Balsamic Vinegar 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
  • Table Salt Table Salt 1/4 tsp 1/4 tsp
  • Ground Black Pepper Ground Black Pepper pinch pinch
  • Fresh Parsley Fresh Parsley handful 1/3 cup

Instructions

  1. 1.Heat the oil in a large, non-stick frying pan, add the minced garlic, fry for 2-3 minutes until the garlic turns slightly in golden colour.
  2. 2.Add the halved mushrooms and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. 3.Season with light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, salt, black pepper and 2/3 of the chopped parsley.
  4. 4.Reduce heat to medium and cook for another 7-8 minutes, stirring frequently until all the moisture from the mushrooms has evaporated.
  5. 5.Garnish with the remaining parsley to serve.
