Sauteed Shishito Green Peppers

This awesome everyday appetizer is super easy to make and so tasty! Simply sauté the peppers in a hot frying pan with plentiful extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with salt!

Instructions
- 1.Pretty simple: get a large frying pan and pour generously a thick layer of extra virgin olive oil in it. Put the pan on a medium heater and when you smell the marvelous odor of warm oil (do not let it get burn though!) pop in the peppers and stir them around until they get some good color on all sides.
- 2.Then sprinkle with salt and enjoy still warm.
- 3.Note: You can also first cut off the stem, cut the pepper lengthwise in half, roughly clean the inside from the white fleshy filaments and the seeds and then proceed as described earlier.
