- Rolled Oats Rolled Porridge Oats 90g 1 cup
- Cashew Milk Cashew Milk 400ml 1 & 3/5 cups
- Vanilla Bean Paste Vanilla Bean Paste 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
- Maple Syrup Maple Syrup 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
- Walnuts Walnuts 10g 1 tbsp
- Table Salt Table Salt pinch pinch
Instructions
- 1.Blend oats in a food processor, meanwhile heat up almond milk in a small pot.
- 2.Add ground oats and all other ingredients to the pot and cook on simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- 3.Then take off the stove and let sit for another 2-3 minutes.
- 4.Enjoy with seasonal fruit of choice or a fruit compote.
