Gluten Free Dairy Free High Protein Under 30 mins

Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Rolled Oats Rolled Porridge Oats 90g 1 cup
  • Cashew Milk Cashew Milk 400ml 1 & 3/5 cups
  • Vanilla Bean Paste Vanilla Bean Paste 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
  • Maple Syrup Maple Syrup 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
  • Walnuts Walnuts 10g 1 tbsp
  • Table Salt Table Salt pinch pinch

Instructions

  1. 1.Blend oats in a food processor, meanwhile heat up almond milk in a small pot.
  2. 2.Add ground oats and all other ingredients to the pot and cook on simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  3. 3.Then take off the stove and let sit for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4.Enjoy with seasonal fruit of choice or a fruit compote.
