Ingredients

  • Padron Peppers Padron Peppers 250g 2 cups
  • Olive Oil Olive Oil 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
  • Sea Salt Sea Salt pinch pinch

Instructions

  1. 1.Wash the peppers in cold water and dry them.
  2. 2.Heat the olive oil in a large, non-stick frying pan then add the peppers and fry for 4-5 minutes until their skins start to blister and turn brown.
  3. 3.Transfer them onto some kitchen paper to drain.
  4. 4.Sprinkle with sea salt and serve immediately.
