- Rolled Oats Rolled Porridge Oats 130g 1 & 1/2 cup
- Chia Seeds Chia Seeds 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
- Soy Milk Soya Milk 375ml 1 & 1/2 cup
- Pumpkin Puree Pumpkin Puree 125g 1/2 cup
- Agave Nectar Agave Nectar 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
- Vanilla Extract Vanilla Extract 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
- Sea Salt Sea Salt pinch pinch
- Ground Cinnamon Ground Cinnamon 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
- Ground Ginger Ground Ginger 1/4 tsp 1/4 tsp
- Ground Nutmeg Ground Nutmeg 1/4 tsp 1/4 tsp
- Ground Allspice Ground Allspice 1/4 tsp 1/4 tsp
- Ground Cloves Ground Cloves 1/8 tsp 1/8 tsp
Instructions
- 1.Place all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and stir to combine.
- 2.Place oats mixture in a jar with a lid.
- 3.Refrigerate for 4 to 8 hours, preferably overnight.
- 4.In the morning, garnish with green pumpkin seeds (optional).
- 5.Eat it cold, or warmed up.
- 6.Enjoy!
