Strawberry and Banana Ice Cream

- Strawberries Strawberries 200g 1 & 1/3 cups
Instructions
- 1.Make sure to you use ripe bananas – the riper the better! - and to let them stay for at least 6 to 10 hrs into the freezer.
- 2.When the time for your ice-cream break has come, take the frozen bananas out of the freezer and put them into a blender of a food processor.
- 3.Start blending at increasing speed (from slow to medium-slow) for 2-4 minutes adding also the frozen strawberries and 1-2 tbsp of water if needed. Do so until you have a silky-smooth and creamy texture and voilà: your soft and delicious 100% fruit ice cream is ready to serve, maybe with some mint leaves, or chia seeds to garnish.
- 4.You can also add blueberries or cranberries instead of strawberries, to try different tastes and colours as well!
