A rich and delicious strawberry jam flavored with lemon, honey and rosemary. A quick and rewarding spread to add to your meal plan!

- Strawberries Strawberries 300g 2 cups
- Clear Honey Clear Honey 170g 1/2 cup
- Rosemary Rosemary 3 sprigs 3 sprigs
- Lemon Lemon 1/2 1/2
Instructions
- 1.Clean and rinse glass jar, place it in the microwave on high for 1min or until dry, set aside.
- 2.Chop strawberries and place in a medium sized bowl with honey, the juice of a lemon and stir to combine. Wait for the honey to dissolve.
- 3.Transfer mixture and rosemary sprigs to a pan on high heat, bring to a bubble and cook for 15min until it becomes thick, stirring occasionally.
- 4.Remove rosemary, pour mixture into glass jar, seal and store in fridge for up to 4 weeks.
