A nutritious light lunch recipe. Sweetened with agave and raisins, this healthy cabbage salad is a must try!

- White Cabbage White Cabbage 1/2 head 1/2 head
- Sesame Oil Sesame Oil 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
- Agave Nectar Agave Nectar 1 tsp 1 tsp
- Carrot Carrot 2 2
- Raisins Raisins 75g 1/2 cup
- Spring Onion Spring Onion 1 1
- Black Sesame Seeds Black Sesame Seeds 2 tsp 2 tsp
Instructions
- 1.Wash and chop the cabbage.
- 2.Mix the cabbage with the oil, agave syrup and fresh lime juice.
- 3.Peel the carrots and cut them into small cubes, chop the spring onion.
- 4.Garnish with raisins and sesame seeds, and (optional) decorate with flower petals like I have ;)
