- Fusilli Pasta Fusilli Pasta 300g 3 cups
- Carbonara Sauce Carbonara Sauce 3 tbsp 3 tbsp
- Organic Mushrooms Organic Mushrooms 400g 5 & 1/3 cups
- Garlic Garlic 1 clove 1 clove
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 tbsp 4 tbsp
- Red Chili Flakes Crushed Chillies 1/4 tsp 1/4 tsp
- Table Salt Table Salt pinch pinch
- Ground White Pepper Ground White Pepper pinch pinch
Instructions
- 1.Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- 2.Carefully rinse the mushrooms under cold water and slice.
- 3.Heat olive oil in a saucepan.
- 4.Peel garlic, slice in half and add to saucepan.
- 5.Add mushrooms and cook for 5min until soft.
- 6.Add carbonara sauce, salt, and chilli flakes and cook for 10min, stirring occasionally.
- 7.Add cooked and drained pasta to saucepan and toss gently.
- 8.Season to taste and enjoy.
