This make ahead, overnight pudding is well worth the wait! Combining mango, vanilla, almond milk and chia seeds, it's a healthy breakfast bowl. A must try for any vegan foodie!

- Almond Milk Almond Milk 500ml 2 cups
- Chia Seeds Chia Seeds 80g 1/2 cup
- Vanilla Extract Vanilla Extract 1 tsp 1 tsp
- Maple Syrup Maple Syrup 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
- Mango Mango 1 1
Instructions
- 1.*For best results, prepare this recipe at least 4 hours before serving.*
- 2.Place ingredients except mango in a jar & mix well. Allow to refrigerate overnight or at least 4-5 hours.
- 3.Serve in with mango topping.
