This make ahead, overnight pudding is well worth the wait! Combining mango, vanilla, almond milk and chia seeds, it's a healthy breakfast bowl. A must try for any vegan foodie!

Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Almond Milk Almond Milk 500ml 2 cups
  • Chia Seeds Chia Seeds 80g 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla Extract Vanilla Extract 1 tsp 1 tsp
  • Maple Syrup Maple Syrup 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
  • Mango Mango 1 1

Instructions

  1. 1.*For best results, prepare this recipe at least 4 hours before serving.*
  2. 2.Place ingredients except mango in a jar & mix well. Allow to refrigerate overnight or at least 4-5 hours.
  3. 3.Serve in with mango topping.
