Vanilla Chia Overnight Oats

Creamy make ahead oats infused with vanilla and chia seeds, served with fresh blueberries and granadilla.

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*
- Rolled Oats Rolled Porridge Oats 120g 1 & 1/3 cups
- Chia Seeds Chia Seeds 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
- Soy Milk Soya Milk 375ml 1 & 1/2 cup
- Raw Honey Raw Honey 1 tbsp 1 tbsp
- Vanilla Extract Vanilla Extract 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
- Sea Salt Sea Salt pinch pinch
- Granadilla Granadilla 1 1
- Blueberries Blueberries 40g 1/3 cup
Instructions
- 1.Place all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and stir to combine.
- 2.Place oats mixture in a jar with a lid.
- 3.Refrigerate for 4 to 8 hours, preferably overnight.
- 4.In the morning, top with the pulp and juice from the granadilla, and garnish with fresh blueberries.
- 5.Eat it cold, or warmed up.
- 6.Enjoy!
