A crunchy nutty crumble containing almonds, cinnamon and ground cloves with a sweet apple filling. Our delicious vegan crumble is easy peasy to make and guaranteed to be a real crowd-pleaser! It's completely dairy free and is equally delicious warm straight from the oven or as a late night treat with your favorite ice cream!

- Apple Apple 3 3
- Spelt Flour Spelt Flour 6 tbsp 6 tbsp
- Vegan Margarine Vegan Margarine 3 tbsp 3 tbsp
- Cane Sugar Cane Sugar 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
- Almonds Almonds 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
- Ground Cinnamon Ground Cinnamon 1 tsp 1 tsp
- Ground Cloves Ground Cloves pinch pinch
- Vanilla Powder Vanilla Powder pinch pinch
Instructions
- 1.Wash and peel the apples and cut them into small pieces.
- 2.Place them into a small casserole dish (pour some lemon juice over them if you want to avoid that they get brown).
- 3.Preheat oven at 175 degrees Celsius at top and bottom heat (top and bottom heat).
- 4.Add all the remaining ingredients together into a bowl, knead and crumble them between your fingers.
- 5.Sprinkle the crumble over the apples and place casserole dish into the oven.
- 6.Bake for 35 minutes until the crumble is golden brown. Eat warm!
