Ingredients

* Switch between cup/oz and g/ml in Account Settings*

  • Shredded Coconut Desiccated Coconut 100g 1 cup
  • Vegan White Chocolate Vegan White Chocolate 200g 1 & 1/2 cups
  • Powdered Sugar Icing Sugar 70g 5 tbsp
  • Orange Juice Orange Juice 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
  • Vegan Butter Vegan Butter 50g 3 tbsp
  • Almonds Almonds 30g 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. 1.In a bowl mix together the butter and icing/powdered sugar to a creamy consistency.
  2. 2.Melt white chocolate and pour it together with the orange juice into the butter mixture. Keep stirring until mixture thickens.
  3. 3.Cool in the fridge for ten minutes. Then shape into balls with your hands and putting one skinless almond in the middle of each ball.
  4. 4.Shake the dessicated coconut onto a plate and now roll the balls over the coconut until they are evenly coated.
  5. 5.Put into the fridge for another 20 min and enjoy!
