Ingredients

  • Watermelon Watermelon 1/2 1/2
  • Feta Cheese Feta Cheese 120g 3/4 cup
  • Avocado Avocado 1 1
  • Cherry Tomatoes Cherry Tomatoes 10 10
  • Red Onion Red Onion 1/2 1/2
  • Lime Lime 1/2 1/2
  • Mint Mint 1 sprig 1 sprig
  • Table Salt Table Salt seasoning seasoning

Instructions

  1. 1.Slice open the watermelon, carve out the flesh and cut into cubes.
  2. 2.Likewise, slice open the avocado, de-core and cut into chunks. Cut the feta into equally generous cubes.
  3. 3.Peel the red onion, and slice into small segments along with the tomatoes.
  4. 4.Wash the mint and chop roughly.
  5. 5.Mix all together with a squeeze of lime juice, season and serve.
