- Medjool Dates Medjool Dates 5 5
- Coconut Milk Drink Coconut Milk Drink 3 tbsp 3 tbsp
- Filtered Water Filtered Water 200ml 4/5 cup
Instructions
- 1.Remove the kernel from the inside of the dates. Squeeze the lemon onto a blender.
- 2.Blend Lemon juice with dates until completely combined.
- 3.Add wheat grass powder, water and coconut milk and blend for another minute.
- 4.It’s rich in Protein and helps to detox the body – your go to when nursing a hangover!
